As part of our tradition at TransCold, every year, we invite all team members to nominate employees who have shown exemplary contribution and dedication to their work. We are very excited to introduce this year’s TCD-USA winner:

Congratulations to TransCold USA’s 2024 Employee of the Year, Christi Ross, Accounting Administrator in Burlington! Christi is widely praised for her leadership, high energy, and exceptional customer service. She is known for going above and beyond – whether stepping in to assist colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment, or ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. Christi is excellent in customer service to both internal and external customers. She is a great communicator and always offers a lending hand, inside and outside of the finance department. Her dedication extends beyond work, as she actively participates in meetings, social events, and charitable initiatives.
Christi’s contributions have made a lasting impact, especially during times of transition. When a long-time employee left in the middle of summer, Christi managed to improve the accounts she took over while still maintaining her own work. Whether she’s supporting operations, training new team members, or strengthening relationships with vendors, Christi consistently delivers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
