The partnership with Unilever allowed TransCold Distribution to provide Western Canada with exclusive access to some of the world's most popular ice cream brands and products, including: Good Humor, Breyers, Magnum, Klondike, Popsicle, Ben & Jerry's and many more.
Since 2002, TransCold Distribution has developed into one of the premier wholesalers and suppliers in the ice cream and frozen goods industry with rapid expansion throughout Western Canada. The Lower Mainland of BC, Vancouver Island, Calgary and Edmonton have all seen new TransCold Distribution locations established in recent years.
TransCold Distribution expanded its operations over the border and into the United States in 2007 setting up multiple TCD locations in Washington State and Oregon. The broadened international distribution network has allowed TransCold's product offerings to grow while also seamlessly integrating the best of both country's ice cream industries.
In recent years TransCold Distribution has continued to expand, improve and diversify their services and product offerings. State of the art freezer warehousing, Eco-friendly trucks, first-class customer service and an unmatched passion for ice cream lead TransCold Distribution towards their 10 year anniversary.

In 2002 TransCold Distribution Ltd. was established when Unilever decided to contract out their frozen goods distribution services in Western Canada; they turned to John Coughlan, the Western Canada District Manager for Good Humor-Breyers at the time, who formed TransCold Distribution Ltd.
